ABOUT THE ROLE AND KEY DUTIES

Nouvo are delighted to be partnering with a client who support household names within the insurance world whilst ensuring the client is given a 5-star service

This role will be to organise and administer client’s insurance claims on behalf of insurance companies.

 

  • Communicating with Clients including dealing with any client queries
  • Accepting, raising and managing works orders
  • Making Appointments with residents/clients
  • Scheduling operatives work
  • Working closely with Client Managers
  • Liaising with operatives

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within insurance or building industry would be desirable although not essential
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office
