ABOUT THE ROLE AND KEY DUTIES

A city-based Law firm are seeking to employ an Office Assistant to join their fun and vibrant team on a permanent basis.

 

  • Filing documents
  • Contacting local supplies
  • Ensure work areas are maintained
  • Customer enquiries
  • Mail sorting
  • Switchboard operation and diverting calls to relevant departments
  • Issuing office badges and passes
  • Liaising with maintenance for any issues within the building
  • General administration duties
  • Support the Hospitality team as required, especially during the hosting of events

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both over the telephone, via skype/teams calls and face to face.
  • A high level of organisation
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to work on your own but also as part of a team
